Mini Rant

i am not the biggest techie around. by a long long shot.  however, that ‘leak’ of the new iphone…which i at first really suspected was a publicity stunt, has gone too far. the police are after the blogger that broadcast the phone??? really? why aren’t they after the guy who sold it to him rather than turn it over to apple?  apple should really calm down.  it’s been great publicity for their product.  and, the improvements on this phone, short of adding a worm hole app, aren’t going to be revolutionary, like the first iphone.  and having seen that video, no one will be able to reproduce, design, manufacture and get to market a competitive phone that wasn’t already working on it with the other versions of the iphone already out there.

police, back it down. apple, get real. step in and drop the charges or weigh in and get this blogger off. if you want someone, go after the seller. he’s the only one, at this point, who intentionally set out to benefit from the situation. unless we find out the apple employee accidentally left it at the bar so his friend could (surprise) find it and leak it.
